Soothes PMS symptoms
This magnesium is ideal for premenstrual syndrome and soothes discomfort well. I take it in courses: a whole pill during PMS, and half outside it. A large can lasts a long time, and I've ordered it five times already. The magnesium oxide form is gentle on my stomach.
